2. Description of Service

Liblify is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform that allows users to create and experience personalized stories. The service generates story content based on user inputs and choices.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the story prompts and ideas you provide. However, by using our service:

• You grant us a license to use your inputs to generate stories
• You agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• You understand that AI-generated content may vary in quality

5. Intellectual Property

The Liblify platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Stories generated through our service are provided for your personal use.

7. Service Availability

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Credits are used for story generation, cover images and narration at the cost shown in the service. They are service credits, not money or transferable currency. The pack size and final price, including applicable taxes, are shown at checkout. Polar acts as merchant of record and reseller and handles payment, receipts and applicable sales taxes. Credits are added after payment confirmation; delivery may take a short time.

13. Refunds

For missing credits, duplicate charges or refund requests, contact [email protected] with your order reference. Requests are reviewed with Polar under applicable law and its buyer terms. Approved refunds remove the credits associated with the refunded amount; partial refunds remove a proportional number rounded up to a whole credit. If those credits have already been spent, your balance may become negative. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
